18-foot Sailboat race
Our Danish friends joined a 18-foot sailboat competition in Balatonföldvár. It’s windy, and the race is shorter, they haven’t kept the last day (Sunday) because of it. The previous days’ achievements were counted. Much fun! 11th place.

I continue to sew, I still enjoy it, I like the tricks I learned from Erzsike, and I practice them at home
I was at Gentleman (http://www.gentleman-music.com/) concert tonight in the ZP. The Dj Chi Korea played before them.
It was an amazing experience! I had so much fun!

Floral meadow
I have figured out a game in relation with my exhibition’s topic. It will be good! The visitors will help me in it! I hope you’ll like it too!
The flowers are being replaced on Gellert Hill, the floral meadow changes, get a new crown. It worths a walk in all seasons, but now after the long winter it’s even better for the eyes.
The pansies are changed by the gardeners. They were very nice, I’ve been told to take some home and plant it… then they told me about their work’s beauty, how they’re working on the plan of the flower beds, checking them from a helicopter. They told me how beautiful is the sight from up there, they always share it on their site (fokert.hu), so anyone can take a look at it.

A little bit sad mood today …
21:05 pm, and I am already in the bed. This is not normal! Szabi says I should accept that there are days like this and moods too! But I can’t! I don’t think it’s normal if someone in my age is in the bed this early with the smartphone and with the current book – with mild headache… and look forward to the dream to come!?

Tide after the chaos
How to make tide from the chaos in one day? Let’s start…
There is a huge mess in the Studio at the King’s Court. I want to make a clear place from it.
And a miracle… I see the end of the tunnel
The girls wanted me to go with them, so we are going to fitness class. Twice a week for 1,5 hour /day. It’s not bad, in fact, I feel really good after it!
The place celebrated its first anniversary today with a 220-slice tiramisu cake. We were 235 of us so I gave my cake to someone else who may loves sweets more than me.
I love clothes, not the shiny ones. I like the comfortable, practical ones from good material. I like my closet to be variable.
I know, everything is available, large factories, brands, many small hands taking care of it with affordable prices, different version… but today I started a sewing course!
I got a sewing machine from Santa. I was asking for that when I was a teenager. And now my wish has come true.
I sew a skirt on my first day. Turn out well size measurement, accustomed to the theme…
I realized that sewing is not far away from me! I like it!
After the course, I started to practice on my closet’s content. sew, II made pleated skirt from a regular one, I’ve sewn up pearls…

My workshop is where I am
It’s beautiful outside, the weather is nice, 24 degrees! But in the room my ass freezes. To my tombstone just write: “Frozen”, if I won’t be alive next morning )
Let’s go to the park, my workshop moves out into the grass! Absinthe, come on.. let’s go!
The daily walk with the dog brings me new situations of life, new contacts. It changes our life, of course we want the best for it, so we have to move, purchase new sneakers and stuffs, change perspective… But I don’t mind of course, we live together consciously, and everyone knows his place…
This morning was the first time I met with Lady old co, who is – contrary to its name – a young mixture type dog. Her owner was a very nice old lady, with a mobile phone in her hand, with loud music. We started to talk, I inquired discreetly if she doesn’t like to use the headset. She was laughing so hard then she told me she plays the music for the dog, and just the classic music, because that’s the only way to call the dog back.
Well, someone has good taste for the music…

The Gellert Hill is full of flowers. Beautiful, like a fairy tale. Spring has arrived.
Tomorrow we’ll start the zsombrak.com. I hope that many of us will love it!
9-8-7 years old works were found, from the time when there were no digital cameras, nor the technique for working with photos, conditioning…
Good to take a look at the creations again, I recall those times of my life. I recall images and smells!
Meantime I’m looking for the right location, country for the next exhibition of my new series.

Easter
Traditionally It meant more before than it does today. Today it’s about the ham, eggs and horseradish, this is the real Easter mood . and we are glad to have some freetime and the whole family can be together. The big ones can meet with the small ones. Zsombor, my nephew brought a new light and mood and noise into the family.
We were in nice company from our childhood, cooked micas at Tetű’s grandma. It was good to see everyone as satisfied people with job, having family, found that they were looking for in life.
Sometimes, how little is enough for happiness?!

I started to work on a new series. IT will be nice and it comes from deep inside.
The target is still secret, but it starts to be clear.
I was in Arad, I decorated a luxury law firm with my works, all the 7 paintings are in the right place. It was nice to see how the sunlight caressed the canvas’ surface through the corridor’s tall windows. As the friendly atmosphere was matching to the office’s cold environment, I hope I could give something to the hall’s and the working room’s atmosphere as well, and the lawyers and accountants will work with a good feeling inside.:)

Well, I do not understand
I often hear it, several times in a year, that ” You need to get two huge slap”
Why do people think this about me then, what could I do than to make them feel this way… I don’t get it
I am home, in Budapest. The summer feeling disappeared in a moment. Yeah, it’s a totally different world, european, civilized, sometimes meaner and more boring.
It’s early morning, couple youngs trying to get home, waiting for their cab or looking for the right way home. I love it! It’s eternal!
There guys picking a girl, just slightly like guys use to do. On the next corner there are two security guards doing nothing. Everything is fine, how could I think about that someone could help the girl?!

The revaluation of kitsch
Paradise is something like this approaching with a sailboat, such a paradise!
There’s still a place in the world where people are kind, humane, they are smiling from deep inside, sometimes it’s the effect of the sun, sometimes it’s something else.
I was in fabulous islands, in the fabulous Caribbean and Atlantic Ocean, I got some pleasant fresh air, it’s just beautiful for the body, for the soul as well!
Antigua was a perfect choose to start our exploration: Barbuda, St Kitts, St Martin, st Bartz…
Tropical forest, turquoise clear water, snorkeling, real coconut straight from the tree; first day we saw a whale as well! Aron said it’s not a usual daily sight. At night dolphins followed us into the bay and then they escorted off us the very next morning. (I share the video, I hope you guys will like it).
We saw turtles and we ate E-free, sun-ripened fruits: pineapple, mango (yummy divine). I got to know the cane, and got to know better Áron Méder, the sailor who sailed around the world alone in 3 years with his 6- meter long Carina.
He is cool, I recommend to everyone the trip with him. It’s a great and safety experience, which provides the opportunity for learningg, practicing. Personally I loved to piss him off. He also likes sincerity, so do I. But as they say different people help us to bring out an other piece of our personality.
Pleasant company, a lot of laughter, safety sailing, almost all along the high winds were accompanied by. Well not in our way back to Nevis-Antigua when we came down the wind, and some prayer left our mouth as well then. )
Every minute was amazing in the Caribbean. My heart is still there, I don’t know when can I come back to the ground. 
(but at least it means that there is a good goal to collect some moony for )

She is a 70-year-old lady, who is full with energy, she’s just shinning, she looks 20 years younger than she is. A real woman!
” at least we could keep something on ourselves how it was before, but we couldn’t!” – she keeps talking about the ages’ passing, as she sees it, as she lives it.

I’m so excited, I feel my heart beating in my stomach when I think of the Caribbean tour. I look forward to it, I’m curious, I want it so much! It seems to be a good decision to order the flight tickets earlier, the prices have risen…
I’ll go for a bit more than two weeks long tour with pleasant company, reliable four-person crew, with captain Áron Méder (www.meder.hu) and with my husband Szabolcs. The plans have been prepared several months ago, we’ve already known the route, not too much changes have been made in it: we visit 5 or 6 islands, from the outside and the inside.
We checked up, vaccinations are not necessary, the mosquitos don’t carry on malaria. But we will take some great transylvanian brandy with us.
It’s cold here, dark and it’s raining. I want to get away.
I made a few sketches today. They are bit gloomy, so I don’t want to further on that way now.

My left ear hurts sometimes. When I will dive I want to enjoy it so I got an appointment to the doctor in the VI. district for a hearing test.
It started poorly: I was talking about my complaints to an elder woman.
Then she: “What do you say?”
A woman blessed with humor, I thought…
But then it turned out she is not. (just struggling with professional nuisance)
The result: Perfect hearing and good sense of humor

Go green art/ Does matter to me! I also make it green! (I have my opinion! It’s green!)
It’s so trendy to turn everything green, appear them green. And it is really good if it comes from inside and you want to be able to make a difference!
Last year I also paid attention to work green. From 2011 Studio Zsombrak works even greener. The chosen papers I work with, my passepartouts made from recycled materials.
I’m working on finding the right canvases, but I’ve already found brushes, paints I can work naturally well with. Small steps toward a large one…
My favorite color is still green!
And all remain in place.

All my thoughts are around the Caribbean, the unknown. I made T-shirt sketches, I want to surprise our captain, Áron Méder with a personal T-shirt.
I changed the “Peace and wind” sign to ” I am Áron Méder, I am sailing” and “Freedom finds you on the way” labels. But actually I’m thinking what would I write after I got known him.
” Going home is a way as well, it’s a realistic option which warms you up.”

I saw the TAWAN CALLING in the LUMU. I got some inspiration from it.
My conclusion: I may have some common themes with others, but they are still mine!

Not a day goes by without I dreaming about the summer, the sunshine, about nice weather. The hardest part is when I feel the warm sand under me than I wake up and there is snow and cold everywhere. Winter is beautiful with its splendor, for a while.
Well, it already seems too long to me.It freezes me, no inspiration, I’m sorry but it was enough for now, again! And I had a couple of it before.
Now, however there is a positive element in the cold too. One of my dreams will come true soon. A lovely place is calling me, the Caribbean atmosphere, its nice weather, its colors… My heart beats faster, I just devour any kind of book or movie about the caribbean, and of course I’ve watched The pirates of the Caribbean as well, I can’t wait until March, come on hurry!

Today’s movie: Worldstar (Világsztár), a czech-german film
Miroslav Tichy (82 years old) lives a hermit’s life in a tiny village of Moravia. The photographer faces with the fact as an old man: He is a Star!
“I never looked into the camera when taking pictures! I always imagined it!”
He took his photos without external management or any expectations, not watching the trends!
Tichy’s simplicity is captivating both with life and his work.
The price of his photographs reach 12 thousand euros. Many people indicted his hidden pictures with voyeurism but many others attached unique conceptual and emotional quality to them.
The film won several international awards, it presents from magical perspective the non-conformist old man and his thoughts, which had created unprecedented works.
Something else… we’ve just realized the opposite of the Moravian village today: we exchanged our Gant coupon to a nice Norwegian patterned blanket. We already love it! Thanks again!

For me Frida is the broken femininity, an inspiring career, tightness in the stomach and in the soul but in the same time a strong personality.
As a leader of the feminist movement she has developed a unique brand of Mexican culture identification captivating sadness, Mexican motifs, melancholy – this is what Frida’s life and works flooded.
…How life can evolve!? It’s amazing and unfortunate!

Intro
I have a dog, a husband, the most amazing one, a lot of nice clothes, toothpicks, LUMU passes, picked patchy dishes, a Starbucks cup, many other cups, old towels, a couple returned letter from Andi, an inherited lamp from Alexandra and some sharp or jagged knives.
I was in many English lesson, in Margitta for visiting my mom, in many countries in Europe. On our way to Venice we got puncture, I’m looking for my way, my topics while I live.
I had more than a decade rent, two lovers and some terrible pangs of conscience.
Oh, I’ve drawn graphics, small-bunch, paintings (I’ve got also small-bunch of them), some of them are expressing my dissatisfaction as well, of course.
I was a nurse, a teacher – as long as nurse – I helped to develop skills from an office with wooden toys, I was a bully, feminist activist, a woman who can’t even move, who is irresistible, charming and desirable, intolerable, self-willed and stubborn and a decrease of the twenty-first century.
