The head of the virtual gallery and it’s associates have been working hard and with considerable attention on the opening of the Gallery.
Every
detail is important to them, the atmosphere of the pictures and
statues, their colours, forms and materials - Says Ildiko excitedly.
„We’re really excited about it, there was a lot of work – both
intellectual and physical- involved in this project.
In
her opinion nobody should think that great artists were only in the
past and that in the present and future there aren’t or won’t be any.
Vivacious life and movement need help, and the passivity towards
contemporary art must be defeated. A world needs to be created which
can be outgrown by great artists and great art.
She has one point of view, one which focuses on quality, timelessness and reliability.
The
Gallery ensures an opportunity for today’s Hungarian and Central
European contemporary artists by allowing them a chance to introduce
themselves to the public, collectors, specialists and maecenases. Young
artists, new, fresh viewpoints. The worlds of the artists are greatly
different, in the way they present their ideas, in their forms, and in
their ways of thinking.

Gallery’s office is in downtown Budapest’s most dynamic, developing and
also most frequented area, at Király utca 32, in the Király Udvar
building. The building is easily accessible in its central position to
both artists and the general public and provides a pleasant atmosphere
in which to view pieces at a pre-arranged time, and also to have
conversations.
She sees the success of the gallery as depending on the the branching out of connections.
