After placing the order our customer service will register it, and will reserve the chosen work of art. In 24 hours you will get the confirmation to the address given. In our answer you will be redirected to xxxxx bank where you can pay the work of art online. Within 24 hours you have the duty  to pay the price of the work of art.  The payment will be done by VISA, MASTERCARD , AMEX. The price of the order  means  the  price of the work of art. Our gallery delivers free of charge the work of art.

If you choose our express servicewe will charge you with the price of delivery.

The payed work of art will be taken off the site of our gallery and nobody els will be able to get it.

If you find a work of art "reserved", it means that it is under purchasing. The reserved status and the work of art will be deleted from the website after purchasing, and it will follow the shipping of the work of art.

zsombrakART takes responsibility for the quality of the works of art used material as it is written in the description of the work of art.

We can take complaint only for the damage that occurs during the shipping.
The customer is due to check if any damage appeared during the delivery.
If you find any damage you put it in a report with the delivery company and within 3 days you should announce the gallery .

If there is any damage during the delivery it will be taken into consideartion only together with the report. The damaged good should be sent back to the gallery within 15 days.
As soon as we receive the good the value of the work of art will be given back in gift coupon.

The customer has the right to withdraw the order after placing it but before delivery.
In this case the customer has no obligation to pay.
